Common questions

How is enterprise pricing structured?

Enterprise pricing is custom. We scope a plan based on your volume, team size, integration requirements and support needs, then agree a fixed monthly or annual fee that reflects what you actually use.

Can I migrate my existing store to Cartico?

Yes. Our onboarding team handles full data migrations from Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and most other platforms, including products, customers, orders and images.

What integrations can you build?

We can integrate Cartico with virtually any system that has an API, including accounting, ERP, logistics, POS, CRM and more. Payday, DK, Xero and QuickBooks are already in development, with enterprise customers first in line.

What does the SLA look like?

Enterprise SLAs are agreed per customer. Typically this covers response times for critical, high and normal priority issues, with direct escalation to your account manager outside normal support hours.

Is there a minimum contract term?

Most enterprise agreements run on annual terms, though we're happy to discuss what works best for your business. All terms are discussed openly during the scoping stage.

Can we run multiple stores under one agreement?

Absolutely. Multi-store management is a core part of Cartico. You can manage multiple brands, regional sites or sales channels under one enterprise agreement.

Does enterprise include B2B and wholesale capabilities?

Yes. Enterprise plans can bundle Cartico's full B2B Pro feature set: a branded wholesale portal, company accounts with approval workflows, custom price lists and volume pricing tiers, quote-to-order conversion, PO numbers and invoice payment terms — all configured for your specific operation.

Can we configure different pricing tiers for wholesale customers?

Absolutely. You can create multiple price lists with either percentage discounts or fixed price overrides per product variant. Volume pricing tiers automatically apply better rates as order quantities increase, with no manual work required.
